We offer worldwide shipping

Shipping cost and delivery time

We primarily ship with DHL Parcel for its reliable service. For some destinations, we also offer express shipping via UPS. Depending on the size of your order, we may ship with either Dachser or FedEx. 
•    Shipping cost and delivery time depend on your shipping country and order value 
•    You’ll see the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery time at checkout 
•    Delivery times are calculated from when your order leaves our warehouse. We work closely with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

Prices, VAT & customs information

For EU customers: 
•    All prices include VAT 
•    No additional import fees 

For customers in the UK, Switzerland & Norway: 
•    Prices include VAT 
•    No extra customs fees will be charged upon delivery 

For customers outside the EU (e.g. USA, Canada, Australia, Asia): 
•    Prices are shown without VAT or local taxes 
•    Import duties, VAT, and customs fees may apply when your order arrives 
•    These are not included in your payment at checkout and are the buyer’s responsibility 
•    You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company

This section applies to customers outside the European Union. When you select your shipping country, prices are shown in the currency relevant to your location.

•    Switzerland: CHF 
•    United Kingdom: GBP 
•    United States: USD 
•    All other non-EU countries: Prices are shown in USD 

For EU countries, prices are typically displayed in local or regional currencies such as EUR, SEK, or DKK, depending on the country selected.
